We had plantation shutters fitted in 2 rooms.  They look absolutely amazing.  The whole process was very simple, from measuring up, choosing the shutters we wanted, to the installation.  The installation team were very professional and courteous and gave a good brief on the operation of the shutters.  We have now decided to have shutters fitted to the windows in the rest of the house.

Fitting team are excellent, unfortunately took 2 visits as they did not have the required trim to finish job. The Premium Oak Shutters are manufactured abroad which seemed to add to the delay, initially advised of 12 - 14 week lead time, actually fitted just over 19 weeks after ordering (Ordered 21/10 - fitted 05/03), so its worth noting this. Communication of delay not great, only got a further update at week 14 after chasing. 50% deposit required when ordering and their T&C's require that the remaining balance be paid PRIOR to installation.

Fantastic! I would highly recommend M&M for any blinds, curtains and / or window shutters. We got different types of blinds from here - “day and night”, roller and roman. That’s just a fraction of the available products. M&M’s service is excellent with short turnaround times for both measure, build and fit. Prices are competitive. We absolutely love our new shutter blinds! We visited M&M completely clueless on what would be best for our living room window with it being so large and an awkward L shape, the staff in store and the man who visited our home to measure up were extremely knowledgeable and answered any queries we had, we knew we were in good hands and placed the order. After enduring tedious visits from sales agents we called M and M who quoted a competitive price. Shutters have been well worth the wait and the guys that fitted them were great and made sure everything was 100% as our house isn’t straight :).  Great job from start to finish.
